How to use your Eye & Nose Band






Step 1. Freeze the cold packs before use

Place the cold packs in the freezer before use so they are ready when cooling support is desired.

Step 2. Insert one cold pack into each pocket


Slide one cold pack into each built-in pocket for convenient hands-free use.



Step 3. Position and adjust the band

 

Place the band comfortably around the eye area and fasten it at the back of the head with the adjustable closure.
